Dezhong Bonded Park serves as an export-oriented comprehensive service platform for the Mengzhou Industrial Cluster Area. It also plays a key role in attracting investment for Mengzhou City, providing import and export services for industries such as automotive equipment in Mengzhou and export-oriented enterprises in surrounding regions. The park is an intelligent, modern, export-oriented service hub integrating port clearance, warehousing and logistics, trade finance, bonded processing, imported goods exhibition and sales, agricultural product distribution, e-sports, and leisure tourism.

Henan Dezhong Bonded Logistics Center** has completed an investment of RMB 380 million, with Phase I covering an area of 500 mu (approximately 33.3 hectares). The facility was built in strict accordance with the Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) standards and includes:  - Two intelligent gates with a three-in, three-out separated traffic flow system.  - A public customs inspection center.  - A public inspection and quarantine center.  - An information monitoring center.  - Bonded customs warehouses and export supervision warehouses.  - An international container yard and staging area.  - A 12-story bonded office building.  - General warehousing areas.  - An imported goods exhibition center.  - An e-commerce center.  - Support service buildings and a large parking lot.

Leveraging the existing infrastructure and unique geographical advantages of the Daluotang International Agricultural Products Trading Center, the park aims to establish itself as a distribution hub for high-quality meats from Belarus and Ukraine. Building on its core businesses—including bonded supply chain trade for meat and sheepskin, freight transportation, and logistics—the center will engage in supply chain finance through e-procurement and pledge warehouse receipts. By combining the meat port with cross-border e-commerce models, it seeks to become the largest international frozen product import/export, distribution, and delivery hub in Central China.
